SUBMITTER’S COMMENT: I found this post of my facebook feed, and it was titled “New years shenanigans”, so I believe it is safe to assume what happened to cause this. I found a tattoo artist from the area tagged in the photograph.
WHAT’S AWFUL: Bad line work, bad ‘design’, bad technique.
HOW IT CAN BE FIXED: A cover-up by a reputable tattoo artist or removal.
